“What principle?” Bojai grins. He knows one thing and it runs like a contagion in the family he adopts that month: be Selfless, Serve, Love

I’m not feeling very generous today but Boj ignores my sulk. He puts others first. Later he might tell me like it is, his words will fall like steady rain till I get it. He’s older now than I remember, his ears curling with time, his heart though… It expands. Expands Its Letters of Love.
“Flee selfishness,” he’d say, if he had two mins in which to say that, instead he pushes a half plate of grapes and home made exotic bread. What is it?
The family he’s staying with now, run a tiny bakery. Bojai stays, helps, will donate a small packet, then leave. Unreal, ya. Just the kind of person we need more of , in our units of suspicion, dark rooms, all that.
Am grateful for this quiet, unassuming person with the superhuman guts to not just talk, but do. Show not tell. No big announcements, no fanfare. He’s the real deal –
lives a life to serve man – but God first. Saw this from him: Says being a follower of Christ, teaches him more than he can handle, but he tries. Guess it matters Who you follow.
