In response to WPress Prompt:
'A superpower you'd like...'
~I’d ask for the absolute ability to turn Love into currency to feed the poor and disarm hate,
(you ask if I have such a wish, but each wish is a stream with tiny rivulets):
~I wish to tell someone and make them understand my love for God, in Jesus and they see His Heart for us each
~i
~if I could fly with Him into realms above us all or beneath where humans touch pain. and turn it into healing streams where Peace like songbirds sing in the rhythm of our hearts, (sing a song humans will not reject):
these are superhuman wishes, and if they came True, I’d be scared of me,
but I do think we have Superhuman powers, even here in blogs where anothers’ Post has made me look at God again, with eyes peeled, with heart moving mountains, with something they call Faith*
And I guess that’s the great* Superpower really,
because with It, you can give me eyes to see things in the palm of my hand, via a Phone, or Comp! You could make me laugh or cry for relief, or sorrow. There’s Superpowers in Us Humans and we are too busy to notice how close to heaven we are, (or to hell)..
but yes I’d love the ability to go where Human Rights might not take us: to tiny shack nearby or in a mountain where someone is too alone or scared to talk to another fragile human. And maybe I have a pair of wings they somehow trust, and they see the Love of God in my eyes, flying open to them-
Oh for a fact, isn’t that what we’d all like, maybe we’re just scared of our actual abilities. ..& disbelieve the Supernatural –
is why we might disbelieve God. (though mostly it’s easier to believe everything else, like evil).
