A Prayer a Day
🌿
Human Whisperer: Saviour of my soul,
You wake me morning by morning, Lord God, today You led me to a little town manger bathed in starlight, Your gaze leading me past my need for affirmations, {“is He (God) real?“} confirmations, oh-
looking past human tendencies to doubt You :

🌿
You search deep in the iris of human aloneness, leading me into a little town Nativity place, in starlit angel song, “Fear not“…I am silent speechless at that stark Holy Bethlehem Night where Jesu was born, Father You:……
out-stare “Religion“,
wiping my tears in the Fountain of Life, as we read Your account, by Streams of Living Words, they quench my desire for Your visibility. Here I am, and with You, I am the psalmist’s deer. You give me hind’s feet, to graze mountains-
as if mountains were mustard seeds!
🌿
I am the earth-cry of the unweaned : but You swaddle my baby toes of Faith, then You sit me down in a Stable confrontation- here I end and You begin: You leading my every last resistance, to a little town place:
oh precious Delivery by Grace!
Me staring wideyes, my soul lit. You, bleeding Redemption drop on drop in me. Christ Lord, You are Holy Sweet, disturbing – Your brand of Humility, & Forgiveness, like Your tears* falling in my face,..
(I thought they were mine!*).
Only You would walk in our Neighborhoods -waking me morning by morning, just to Say, to Nudge, Haul, and Love me by the Jaw of Your Word-“You Gave Your Son, to die for Us, so that we believe & live,
Eternally. “
🌿
From Cradle to the Cross, to Now, Here, this chair and table: You in my Everyday, You oh Lord my God, thinking on me? I see with spirit eyes and cannot ignore Your Arms, Your outstretched Arms of Grace.
I am a candle to Your Flame,
Human Whisperer, what can I say in gratitude for Your Whisper that saves my soul? What could even begin to coin my Gratitude to You for wrecking hell’s lie, that You are not True?! I have just this mite: my two words oh Abba, Abba:
~ThankYou.
