Gratitude & Grace

Nurture For FMFWriters

Our girl Vihan- with another Beauty of a Worship song. We filmed this at one of the best places you can visit at Coorg, loved the experience. Feeling the Nurture and loving touch of God in the tiny detail. I know we humans are prone to look at the darker side. It feels safe, it feels intelligent maybe to not be too cheery ;’naive’ I’ve been called.

But a NeuroScientist friend says, to please, as a habit, remember every good that comes your way, because its said to release Oxymoxy- serotininins (not typo there😅), happy hormones.

Methinks NeuroScience takes from Biblical “Count your blessings”;works for my bones that otherwise can sit in an earth prescribed Shadow of Doubt.

But the last thing I learned is that His nurture never fails even when I’m not feeling it. When we’re not feeling it. The sun is still there even when we don’t see it.

Thats all I have on this dusk as another evening spreads its shade over India. Thank You God for every single one of Your blessings. The rain and light that falls on my good, my bad, my ugly, all. Thank You for Your skills of Patience, Compassion and Superior Intelligence that we can’t live without, whether we acknowledge You or not, this Lent. You Lend Grace, every single time, as if its the very first.

Gratitude

Amen.
